Terms of cooperation

1. Purpose of the Contract

1.1. Under this contract, the contractor agrees to provide design services, information, and consulting services in the manner and under the terms stipulated by the contract, as well as other (additional) services upon the client’s request, in the manner and under the terms stipulated by the contract.

1.2. The contract is considered concluded between the Contractor and the Client upon payment of the deposit (payment for the commencement of work).

1.3. By entering into the contract, the Client unconditionally accepts all terms of the contract (i.e., in full and without exceptions).

2. Terms and Procedure for Providing Services

2.1. The Contractor's work begins strictly the day after the Client pays a deposit (amounting to 50% of the stipulated service cost) or on the date determined by the Contractor.

2.2. The project is provided to the Client for approval within the timeframe set by the Contractor.

2.3. If the Client provides a list of adjustments to the project, the Contractor must make them as soon as possible. Corrections or additions that go beyond the initial TOR are established as a separate project for separate funds.

2.4. Once the Client approves the completed work, the Client pays the second part of the payment (amounting to 50% of the stipulated service cost).

2.5. Service completion. Within one day (after the Client pays the second part), the Contractor provides the Client with all materials in accordance with the project.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Services provided under the contract may be paid by transferring funds to the contractor's card account (in dollars, hryvnias), to a cryptocurrency account (USDT and others), or to a PayPal or Payoneer account.

3.2. The cost of services does not include the commission fees of banks or payment systems for processing the payment. The commission fees are paid additionally by the Client, and the cost of services is determined as the difference between the amount paid by the user and the amount of the retained commission.

3.3. After making the payment, the Client agrees to inform the Contractor about the payment made.

3.4. Services are considered paid upon receipt of the funds in the contractor’s chosen account.

3.5. Upon receiving payment, the Contractor agrees to notify the Client of the payment received.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. In the event of untimely changes to the scope of work or other information about the work, the contractor has the right to demand an increase in payment for services, as well as the duration of their execution.

4.2. If the Client refuses the Contractor's services immediately after making a deposit, before the Contractor begins the work, the Contractor agrees to return the deposit in a manner convenient to them. The refund includes commissions charged by banks or payment systems for processing the payment. The commission fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

4.3. If the Client refuses the Contractor's services after the work has commenced, the Contractor has the right not to return the deposit or a part of it, as the deposit covers the costs and time spent on the work performed.

4.4. If the Contractor refuses to provide services to the Client after the Client has made a deposit, the Contractor agrees to return the deposit in a manner convenient to the Client. All commissions charged by banks or payment systems for processing a payment are paid by the Contractor themselves.

5. Contract Duration

5.1. The contract comes into effect upon its publication on the website.

5.2. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the contract and/or terminate the contract at any time, at their discretion. If the Contractor makes changes to the contract, these changes take effect from the moment the amended contract text is published on the website.
